The heat is ON...

It's under hot spell weather nowadays. I wonder how it would be during the Penang Bridge Marathon, the sun + the seawind = maximum heat!! Wowwww... only God knows!! And hope that the organizer will place lots and lots and lots of water along the way and also the sponging station, make sure they're really cold & cooling or I'll die dehydrated & dry upon finishing the run (if I could finish it!!) Whatever it is, I'm ready 90% now, just couldn't wait for the big day.


By the way, my Kenya running friends, 5 of them, will be coming over next week!!
