Waste no time, make it the happiest...

Firstly, wishing a heartiest congratulations to Triathlete Azwar for the recent birth of his new offspring baby boy. His junior triathlete team is completed by now & he must be on top of the world at the moment. Thank you Mary for the info.

I know what I did last Saturday!!! Of course la, who cares... hehehehehe... OK, had my usual lite training but heavy breakfast after that. Then shoot to TTDI Kiara Park to register my 6 team-mates for the Charity Run tomorrow. I'm not running. Surprisingly met Mary the catlover there, she have just finished her run with Eugene & Stupe earlier. She came all way from her house in Bukit Jalil to run here at TTDI Park... really shows how her love in this sports is blooming just like her red cheek. Salute to all women who have interest in sports.

Late afternoon, spent sleeping quietly like a cat, in front of the tv. Received an invitation card from my good friend, Emilia Jamil, another superb Malaysian marathoner. Her wedding is on 23rd December at Kg Ferry, Keningau, Sabah. I really wanted to attend her big day very badly. Insya Allah, I'll come, Amy. I'm waiting for my flight confirmation time being.


Nothing much today, just a simple Saturday.
