People say an elephant never forgets, but what they don't tell you is that you never forget an elephant... do you??

Today, Sunday 3rd December, started my morning with a 2.1km x 4 laps. Supposed to join the Kenyan trio for a long run @ Kepong Metropolitan Park, but did not. They are going to Brunei Marathon next week, I'm not. Will join them in one of their training sessions when they come back from Brunei.
