So, for our day-trip, we travelled by the coach bus and we departed from the office. I really felt like I'm in the "Rombongan Cik Kiah ke Sukan Komanwel" drama... Everybody, about 15 of us, on the bus was crazy bunch of people. They're serious kinda people at work, but when they're out-of-work, the true colours really showed. Anyway, of all the places we visited, they have all given us a new perspective on the other side of the world of the company's activities. We went to....
Get to know the key people of...Selangor Tourism Action Council... Had a good morning coffee after the briefing. The lontong & rendang were marvellous...
We visited The Royal Mint of Malaysia and learned on the coin blanking process till the minting process... And again, the meehoon & "ayam goreng sedap" were delicious...
And lastly visited the large compound of Karangkraf... They welcomed us with a superb lunch of nasi briyani...
Overall, it was a great trip, it's educational, fantastic, informative trip and humorous of course. We learned an amazing amount. Looking forward to next year already.... we're planning for more trips in the name of "Visit Malaysia Year 2007" as our excuse. Yet, work is still work, and more work to come. Thanks Boss, for the "Staff Day's Out" yesterday.
My annual leave has been approved by the boss... yayyy!!! I'll be on leave from 2006 till 2007... woohoooooo.....
