The KL'06 Fespic games is over. We're proud of our athletes. They have proven that disability is their strength. Next, the 15th Asian Games 2006 Doha...
Catch all the real action of Malaysian athletes on your tv screen. It's now the "The Games of Your Life" - the 15th Asian Games from 1st till 15th December 2006. The National Sports Council (NSC) have set a medal projection of 9-12-19 and will be looking at seven sports to hit the golden trail. The bets on getting gold medals are on the bowling, squash, karate, sailing, cycling, bodybuilding and wushu teams. Wishing our athletes all their best in their forte.


Next, to my fellow running, swimming & cycling frenz... Yes, I know YOU enjoy every minute of your training and you must be very tired doing the same thing every week... Look around, open up your eyes & mind & check this out... This is quite an interesting event in KL starting tomorrow at Dataran Merdeka. It's the KL International Buskers' Festival 2006


Last but not least, being jealous but still wishing all my running frenz who'll be participating the Standard Chartered International Marathon Singapore 2006.
