A shiny Saturday morning, went to my training playground for my weekend training session. Met PM1 and gang doing their fellowship run. Joined them and had a good time running with the Pacemakers for the day. Thank you guys. Thank you PM22Tey for these 'caught in action' the pictures.
It's not just the techniques, it's time to share the magic of running. It's like an addiction or obsession to it... "marathon" is the word.
