Thank you so much for making it a day to remember at Powerman Malaysia 2005. It was a day of records for us at Quick Release Adventures.....
+ Largest number of competitors on a race course to-date for our duathlons at 550+
+ Largest field of Men Elite athletes coming from as far as Canada, South Africa, Switzerland, Germany, Thailand making it highly competitive
+ Largest number of women racing at our duathlons and we look forward to more in the future
At Powerman this year, we saw Jason Spong of South Africa and Brigitte Niederberger of Switzerland take home the grand prize of USD1,300 each for Men's and Women's Elite respectively.

We are compiling the many photos taken of everyone and will be sending out an email as soon as the photo album is ready for viewing. Finisher certificates are also being prepared for posting out so if you have not provided us with an address, please email or contact us.
We, the Race Management would like to give special thanks to our title sponsors MALAKOFF Berhad for supporting us in our fourth year. It has been a hectic year for racing but we hope everyone will take the much needed rest now to recover so that you can come back for our duathlons in 2006. We shall try to send out our race calendar soon so please look out for our email.

Finally, glad that the long awaited event of the year is over. It's my 1st participation in 2005. Last year I was just being a spectator & photographer. Anyway, I did my part & my best I supposed in Sprint. As per what Luc Morin, a Canadian duahtlete/triathlete said, "Racing is a reality check!!!" Maybe he's right.. I've tested my strength & ability thru duathlon & the result of my own post-mortem is "Go Training"..
Last but not least, to my soul motivator, thank you for all the TLC, 'spirit' & 'motivation' given to me!!!!
